RB Oilfield Hauling first developed a relationship with Horse Lake First Nation in August of 2021 when we were invited to attend their annual career day. We were honored to bring different types of equipment to provide demonstrations and give interested members the opportunity to try it out for themselves with brief training and instruction.

In March 2023, we signed an MOU with Horse Lake First Nation Oilfield Construction Corporation. It is our intention that through this mutually beneficial agreement, we can impact the direct training and employment of the indigenous residents of The Horse Lake First Nations. The HLFN Oilfield Construction Corporation has significantly contributed to the local economy through wages, training, contracts, donations and purchases of local goods and services and our hope is to further contribute by being a reputable partner.
